Attack: normal white hit
Viscious seed: targets random player, player will spawn lotus. Lotuses spawn scorpions. A 2nd way to spawn flowers it by killing a scorpion. Every time a scorpion dies there will be a flower after a few seconds where he dies.
Invigoration: buff on lotus. First stack makes scorpions spawn with 2000% damage, next stack with 3000%. Untankeable after this (must be bugged and intended to be 200/300%?) oneshots on everything. Lotus gets buffs from 1.) seeds of life reaching lotus (probably intended) 2.) affliction hitting lotus (not always, bugged?)
Crosspollination: Cast from flower that makes them spawn scorpions
Living lotus: spawns seeds of life from middle plant. Seeds of life can be killed by walking into them. If they reach the lotus the lotus be buffed. Positioning boss in between boss and lotuses seems to work.
This cast also does an exact copy of brainbombs on leviathan on 4 players furthest away
Affliction: Also copy of mechanic 'colors of magic' on Leviathan. One player gets targeted and sparkles above head -> need to hug that player to share damage (2 meters). Taking this close to the lotus will buff the lotus.
At 75%: Syphon -> similar to corruptive blits in Sepulcher. Plants in back cast Poison clouds on every player. They spawn much faster then in Sepulcher and under everyone. It does not stop after 'Syphon' cast is done (probably bugged?). May need to agree on moving patterns to not kill each other. RP walk can help maybe. People get damage from 'lotus salvo' during this phase. Unsure how to survive this. Scorpions alive die when this phase starts and will be lotuses on every place they die.
Lotus regression: Heavy debuff on tank (miss chance, reduced healing, mana/stam drain etc). Aggro switch required. Can be removed by walking into the bomb.
Lotus fixation: Mortar -> Mortar gets launched from middle plant. Silence and damage around point of inpact. Can kill lotus plants if you hit them with this. One player will get targeted. Red targeting cross above his head and a 8sec debuff called lotus fixation. When lotus fixation runs out the middle plant will launch a mortar at the place the player was when it times out. The targeted player should be on top of lotuses that spawned.
Asphyxiation: Anti kiting mechanic. After kiting for about 5 seconds boss casts this debuff. Effect: 3500-4000 poison dmg, 50% hinder movement and 1k dmg every second for 5.5 seconds.

Tactics so far: DTs tank boss. Everybody burns. Spawn flowers on top of boss, guards pick up scorpion when it spawns, kill it with splash damage, 2nd flower from dead scorpion will be on top of first, mortars takes those out -> raid has to survive that hit from mortar, soldier with lotus regression detonates gets rid of it by detonating the 4 bombs the mages have spawned in a tight cluster.

Flower on top of boss is not relevant anymore because we need to take out flowers with mortar. Mortar hits quite hard and so does boss so don't think it's wise to overlap that damage.

My idea would be to place boss in the triangle at entrance roughly. Mages can stand all the way to the left at their max range from boss to spawn bombs.
Flowers can be placed in between boss and bombmages (max distance from seeds of life) and scorpions are tanked on top of them.

It looks like we will need custom timer from ACT/combat monitor to call out the lotus fixation. Luckily it takes 7 seconds before the mortar shoots at you so when you don't notice it is fast enough to run there after name gets called.

I think we will need 7 tanks. 3 on boss, 2 on scorpions and 2 on seeds of life. Hopefully 2 are enough for seeds and scorpions. It's important that Scorpions are dead every time before mortar shoots so need enough dps there too and that's why mages can both hit scorpions and boss (hopefully).

Adjustments :8 tanks seem to be optimal if we do things right and there is some room for error.

Scorpions : 100% to 75% : we don't full nuke them,let them be with dts dpsing them along with a healer until next affliction is done,then full nuke them,that way we get a plant up just before mortar and both of them die without spawning extra scorps.

75% : This is the point we won't get a mortar for a while if seed was already cast before we brought boss down(that's my observation on it,might not be 100% true) ,same deal as before only more scorpions ,tank them on top of remaining living plants and nuke them down before next mortar,then keep doing like before.

50% : We wait at last remaining plant if we have one (most likely we will)and bring 1st seed there,then when that is dead switch to moving mage line /plant line/boss forward and do the same like before going the opposite way .

Afflictions : Form 2 groups on boss and move accordingly,don't stack 2 together and if you can take it alone and survive well do that (i.e dull pain ,or tank with cunning etc).If things stand in a way that some place else is safe you can run there but that will need to make a call for yourself on the spot.And safe means you survive and don't kill others with it

Now after 50% we are not sure if that cross effect like alchemy from Leviathan comes from afflictions or from Seed,we ll have to check.If it is from seed it is easy to manage ,if its affliction its fucked but we do have a PLAN (operation human shield/ cannot possibly fail trololol) Razz

I think we can kill this soon if we have good Tuesday raids and we keep sign ups up.
